I got my eyes checked and my new glasses prescription from Kat! Kat made sure to walk me through my prescription and test results, and gave me great suggestions on glasses. All of the staff are very professional and the space is upscale - definitely coming back

Felt incredibly rushed and like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I didn’t know they were a “non select” office for contacts until after the visit. I’ve never had to pay more money for an exam because I wear contacts and I’ve been wearing them since 5th grade. Overall I just felt like they were trying to get me to spend more money and couldn’t be bothered to slow down and explain things. I went to Zak. today for an eye exam and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional and the space itself is sleek, modern & spotless. What really stood out was the incredible technology they use - it's next-level compared to any eye exam I've ever had. My optometrist took the time to explain each step, showing detailed images of my eyes and breaking down the structure in a way I'd never had explained before.
