Worse attitudes from the receptionist around! Office chairs are nasty! Stains on them and you want people to sit in them? No thank you! What attitude they have after Dr Allison tells me they have phone issues to come in and the girl tells me she never got a message from me after I called twice in the week ! Just rude and tell me I can’t see the doctor and then says within the hour and sends a message saying 2 hours later! Then wanna argue about prior approval that’s your job not mine! getting in touch with the office to schedule an appointment has been a nightmare. Have been #1in the queue but nevervgot through, left my number for a call back but never got called, even tried the answering service but they got no answer either!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zajac, Allison and his office staff. Dr. Z and Allison first saw me while I was in-patient at the hospital and I felt like the cared so much about my well-being and recovery. Upon my discharge, they reached out to me to schedule follow-up appointments and worked to deal with my insurance company which was being quite difficult.
