After trying several gyms in the area and being very disappointed I found this hidden gem. This is a great no-frills affordable gym with strength and cross training programs. Jon is a great coach, is very knowledgeable and cares about technique and progress. You won’t be disappointed.
Amazing experience! Jon was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was very detailed in making sure the moves were done correctly and safely. For this caliber gym with the knowledge and amenities it has, it was very affordable compared to others, truly a hidden gem. Everybody was so positive and welcoming. It has that no-frills, gritty, hometown feel, that you know you are going to get a real deal workout while supporting the local community.
