I gave him 4 star review 2yrs ago but now only 1 because I’ve been trying to get ahold of him since June and haven’t heard back. I had 2 work insurance and used them both as he stated my old denture cannot be fixed and will make a new one so all in all i had 2 new dentures. When my other insurance declined my other claim he said he will send them paperwork to have them approved but until now since February still waiting for my refund. Do not recommend him to anyone. Customer service is TERRIBLE! He is not accessible, very restrictive operating hours, doesn't want to answer questions - almost like he wants to pressure you into spending money quickly with him. Not responsive to any request you make to him. The only thing that looks good is his office, but the experience is so bad that you'll soon regret paying him thousands of dollars. So I won't be going here again!
Clearly the reviews are fake since his customer service is not good. He shouts at customers for asking questions, I’ve never seen that before. .
