I paid zaio flooring a deposit to do my flooring. The company took my money and never did my floor and blocked me when i called to ask about it. All i want is my money refunded. I even paid company traveling money to come to memphis. This is really sad. Scammers

Very pleased with the finished results zaio installed about 1600 ft of oak flooring and sanded it after installation, very professional, newer equipment, great knowledge and eye for detail.
UPDATE. 1/06/22: It’s unfortunate that I have to update this review. Although we have paid them in full for stripping and refinishing 2000 sf of solid hickory floor, Zaio Brothers never returned to complete the final detail work: finishing the baseboards and stairs, and cleaning up lots of messy areas where the finish had dripped or pooled. The main part of our floors look beautiful, but the lack of attention to detail and finish is frustrating. I’ve called and texted them many times.
