Beware placing an order with this company. I placed an order on Feb 6, 2026 & All i got was an email with a receipt, 2 weeks later I got no update on the status of my order. I sent an email. and got no response, week 3 she finally got in touch with me and said 2 items were on backorder. Week 4 she said she was suppose to get her order by Monday 3/2/26 and would ship out Tuesday or Wednesday. Placed an order in the beginning of May 2025 ; it is now July and have not received my order ; I called in June , she said there was low supplies for the fragrance oil needed but she was getting them and my order would be shipped on one week …. Still waiting and now she does pick up the phone or answer my voice messages

Beware when placing an order with this company. Twice I have placed an order and twice those orders have been delayed. One a couple of years ago was only delayed by about a week or so, which is not so bad. This year I placed an order in mid January only to receive zero updates regarding the shipping and such, prompting me to reach out to the seller two months later.
