Placed an order in the beginning of May 2025 ; it is now July and have not received my order ; I called in June , she said there was low supplies for the fragrance oil needed but she was getting them and my order would be shipped on one week …. Still waiting and now she does pick up the phone or answer my voice messages

Beware when placing an order with this company. Twice I have placed an order and twice those orders have been delayed. One a couple of years ago was only delayed by about a week or so, which is not so bad. This year I placed an order in mid January only to receive zero updates regarding the shipping and such, prompting me to reach out to the seller two months later. I would like to consider myself a valued Customer! I have been shopping here since the beginning of yellow and green market. I prefer to shop at her store now! She has great products and great customer service! ZAINABU IS THE BEST! NOT TO MENTION, IT'S BLACK OWN! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZAINABU!
