What a wonderful experience with this office and Dr. Mahmoud. She was amazing—she listened to me carefully, took her time, and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. I truly appreciate that she focuses on doing things the right way. I don’t mind waiting if it means receiving this level of care. My appointments were never canceled, and I felt valued and heard throughout the entire visit.
She's incredible! The best doctor I've ever had and she sincerely cares about her patients. I've been going to her for 2 years and I hope to go with her for the rest of my life.
Dr. Mahmoud is the best doctor I have ever had. I truly feel fortunate to have found a PCP who genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing. She’s brilliant, knowledgeable, makes me feel seen, and truly has helped me address some underlying concerns that so many other doctors have missed over the years. I hope everyone finds a doctor like her.
Not sure how she’s got a good rating I’ve gone to one appt. Was canceled on twice to get it , pushed for and Accedent then again for covid got to go she was over an hour late for my appt. Wrote me 15 day scrips instead of 30. Then called to cancel my follow up appointment I requested a prescription and was given a different one. Not sure how many hmo plans she’s getting paid out on but it’s too many. VM full with no call backs
