I will start off by saying this Doctor is very intelligent and that she must be good at her job but as yet that hasn’t been proven where I’m concerned. I can only go by the other patient post. I visit and she greets me not by name but just hello and I’ve been with her 3 years. Her concern is with my weight and nothing more. How do I know this because she makes sly comments. If you want a doctor who will pat your hand and give you meds, go somewhere else. She is a scientist who figures out problems, and that's what I need. Experts can help you if you let them. Dr. Sher is very knowledgeable and will direct you to the right people or course of treatment. I recommend.
Excellent MD!
Saw the PA in January. OK experience. Had to force med staff to review my records to get prescription REFILL. Pharmacist said they have a lot of problems with that office. Saw Sher recently. She was interested in seemingly strange things compared to my other docs. Now having problems with another scrip refill. I'm gone.
Definitely ageist- every issue I addressed she attributed to old age. This has not been my experience with others at IU Health so I do not choose to return. She only seemed to want to do a Medicare check up so she could bill. It unfortunately it had been done earlier in the year
