The Kochuri & Chanar Dal was awesome. All my guests loved it. The next thing is Fish Fry. It was so perfectly cooked and delicious, that gave goosebumps to taste buds. I wanted my guests to taste authentic Bengali dishes and Zeike helped me nailed it. The co-ordination and help I received from Partha & Angshuman was so good that I brought entire food to Swindon from Uxbridge without any hustle.
Zaike Zug Zug Zio ... Z* Awesome Biryani, Kolkata style. Can't fault it. Mutton is very soft, as it should be, comes with an Aloo and Egg too, per portion. Authentic Kolkata Style, we feel it exceeds it quality and quantity, any top Kolkata Biryani chain. Zaike catered for our British-Bengali wedding party, which was held at home for 75 guests. They sculpted a glorious menu which took into account our personal preferences as well as catering for a largely vegetarian/vegan crowd as well as individual dietary requirements of some of our guests.
