This is our 2nd time payed full price to get less food, and very rude language. NEVER ORDER WITH ZAIKA BLUERIDGE.
They don't deserve any stars, leave aside their food, even the behavior of the staff is not right with the customers, especially the female staff, they are very rude with the customers, today I saw a delivery driver being accused of food theft and that too without any proof, whereas in this the restaurant has no right to accuse anyone else of such a thing.
I recently ordered Pav Bhaji from Skip and received the bread which had mold on it, that's so frustrating. After that I called the restaurant and the person was so rude and said ask the refund back from the skip. After talking to skip for more than 30 mins they didn't refund me the full amount as they cannot do anything with the delivery charges that's what they said . Although its 4 dollars and doesn't matter that much but still the restaurant doesn't even took the accountability and did anything for customer satisfaction.
Very disappointed with my experience at Zaiks Restaurant. The prices listed on Google were different from the prices I was charged at the restaurant. When I asked about it, I was simply told that they have different prices and that "they work like that." There was no effort to explain or resolve the issue.
