Generally, people don't look forward to going to the dentist. This is not true when your dentist is Dr. Zaidel. Highly recommended for both emergency visits and routine dental work, Dr. Zaidel and his office couldn't be more accommodating to their patients...especially during a pandemic!
I am so disappointed with this practice, in particularly JILL, the receptionist. I have been going here for DECADES. I love Dr. Zaidel, he is a great dentist. In the past couple years my boyfriend started to go there as well. First they cancelled his appointment in June for Covid which is, of course, understandable. We reschedule for October. She calls and says he has to come in early. He couldnt because he has to work. She tries to do later and he couldnt do that either. We call back and say Fine, he will use work vacation ... read more
Shocked to see the first 2 reviews on this page. Maybe some times were moved to make way for emergencies? Dr. Zaidel's staff is as friendly and personable as they come! Elvira always makes me feel comfortable and welcome (especially because I HATE getting my teeth cleaned.) She is gentle yet thorough in her cleanings. I've had quite a few cavities and Dr. Zaidel always take the time to explain the process and make me feel at ease. As for Jill, the team is lucky to have her!
