Recommend 100%. I had plantar fasciitis for 3 years. Tried everything. Physio excersises, chiropractic, heat and cold therapy, rolling foot on a golf ball, sleeping in a brace to stretch it out over night. Zaia's dry needling technique was truly remarkable in relieving my locked muscles. During the session, I experienced an immediate loosening and relaxation of the affected muscles, almost like a deep tissue massage, but even better. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. What impressed me the most was the delayed effect.
