Recommend 100%. I had plantar fasciitis for 3 years. Tried everything. Physio excersises, chiropractic, heat and cold therapy, rolling foot on a golf ball, sleeping in a brace to stretch it out over night. Zaia told me after 1 treatment I would be cured, I was sceptical to say the least because everyone had told me they would fix it before.
