They sent products with broken seals ( some of them) and there’s leak, some product looks like fake, they just open the plastic cap and put another tobacco in it, I asked no answer, first and last time buying from here
I live locally and had the privilege of visiting in-person. He was extremely nice and offered to show me around a bit. Their stainless steel hookahs are very high quality, thanks!

As soon as I clicked Pay the website errored out and said shipping cost has changed and it got $8+ expensive. Lol. I didn't do it again. Seemed like a scam.
I had to leave 5 stars for how well the customer service was I ordered something on the online store and had a hiccup with verifying my identity but the worker who answered the phone and the manager fix that problem and help me out with out any delays, super fast
