I would never rent again from them in a million years. Rather be homeless than deal with their crappy bare miminum run places. Tried changing the lease halfway through, never answer the phone, won't actually fix anything wrong with thr apartments (which was a number of things) claimed they had no work orders from us. Couldn't find our lease. Expensive overpriced for the worst place you'll ever live in. Not to mention how thin the walls are. Can't find the name of our apartments so this'll have to do since they own & run them... read more
NO STARS. Just called to express concerns and was told by the manager Alex I could move out and that I cannot speak to anyone higher than her. They buy properties and do not do anything to upkeep. The properties look worse than when acquired. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL
