Mr. Sherwood refused to address my swollen right Knee and I was discharged.
Words express how very compassionate and caring Dr. Korte has been to me and my family. He took such excellent care of my husband and myself for years. Anyone under his care is so fortunate. Due to my relocation, I am no longer a patient of Dr. Korte‘s. Sincerely, Miss him and his staff.
This has to be the worst e.r., triage nurse was mean. Doctors are quacks , dont go here.
We have used this lab numerous times because of the close location to my mothers living facility, but on numerous occasions found the staff to be non-personal, rude and in need of customer services training. I spoke with my daughter about a recent experience there, and she said that she received the exact same treatment. Also, lab hours state 7 am - 3:30 pm, but multiple times I have pulled up during those times and there is a big sign on the window saying LAB CLOSED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!
The women in the pediactric wing that answer the phones are rude as can be! I have called up there three times the first time was to make an appointment for my daughter and the women was so rude to me. Then I called there to get a note stating my daughter was sick all week and they are just rude as ever. NOT IMPRESSED. If you don't want to deal with parents over the phone, if you don't like the job, maybe you should find a new one. If I get treated like this again I will be switching doctors. Not worth my time.
