Tried getting in for a second opinion because clearly there is something wrong. Had to move to IL so my wife could work and have help with the numerous Dr appointments I have to attend. If he’s not getting in from start to finish he doesn’t want any new clients.
He is not interested in taking new patients. The office will give you the run around. I strongly suggest finding another Dr
I took my mother to this doctor and it was not until trying to get her medication refilled that we are now being told that the doctor is refusing to see her due to sensitivity of her care. However, this had all been covered in her appointment and we were told it would be fine due to us being so close to this specific location. Had I never called I would have never known of this. Very irresponsible.
I have been coming to dr afzal for over 5 years after a referral from my primary care doctor. i have severe anxiety issues and have a hard time talking on the phone so i use the portal to conduct most of my communications. i cannot express enough how the portal clinician, Jamie Craft has saved me from unnecessary stress. with prompt responses and detailed instructions, i never have to worry about hearing back from the office.
