Receptionist was OVERLY rude, I have never in my life interacted with someone so rude over the phone, i’m a patient person and she literally was on the phone complaining to me and rushing me because she “didn’t have time”, i will be calling someone else and letting them know immediately.
Very professional and caring, was able to smoothen out my tooth as well as attachments I needed to remove from my previous orthodontist that was hours away. Taken care of by my medicaid, Thanks Dr Silk and Ms. Conan.
Best and most caring dentist I have ever had a d I am a senior citizen. His sect/receptionist is very organized and friendly.i never want to go to anyone else.
