I was on the phone with my auntie while she was there with her husband the person in thr front is so freaking rude and the doctor that came has absolutely no idea how to deal with babies unless they are foreigners. Because I herd my auntie say on the phone my cousin was outside like 4 times before they just walked because the doctor said they don't have tools to remove a splinter smh glad my kids don't go here
Absolutely ridiculous how they scheduled our appointment at 1 pm today when we showed up the door was locked. The little boy behind the desk with blonde hair and glasses herd me complaining and says with the most smart mouth possible this is our lunch break. I asked him for information on filing a complaint and he of course said the person is not here I said well I need the information to file it a number or email and he ignored me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU AINT VACCINATING THEM THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEM THEY BANNED ME FROM GOING WITH MY KIDS AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR YEARS BECAUE I MISSED AN APPT. AFTER HAVING MY SECOND CHILD AND PROCEDURES THAT PREVENTED ME FROM COMING AFTER 2 MONTHS IM SURE BECAUSE I STILL HADNT STARTED VACCINES WITH MY SON AND DENIED WHEN THEY OFFERED TO MY DAUGHTER ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY WITH THEM
We adore NP Lisa and that is truly the only reason we are still with them … however the answering service is TERRIBLE, i couldn’t even hear the person because there was so much background noise , i was told my child’s sick visit was at 1130 this morning , i confirmed it with call center 2x before disconnecting only to drag my already sick child out to be told at the front desk that the appointment wasn’t until 245 !!
