My experience with Zagers was great! Friendly and willing to assist. However Zagers recommended River Valley Pool Builders (non-affiliated) to install our new liner and we regretfully decided to use them. They were the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced and I'll never recommend them to anyone. They were quick to install the new liner but everything outside of that was sloppy and unprofessional. I contacted the owner directly and barely received an apology.
