Every time I head in here, Allie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) is running around taking care of everybody, and everything! She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Zagers. I know my questions will be answered, and my pool issues will be taken care of!
I went in for help with my pool water, having too much iron in it. The sales person suggested a couple options. The first option was to use their de-mag product to get the iron out of the water, but I asked what are the other options. He said, we have these pre-filters that can remove the iron and the metals out before the water goes into your pool by hooking up to your hose. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable.
My wife and I visited a few different Hot Tub dealers and we decided on purchasing one from Zagers because of the friendly knowledgeable staff. Ali was so very helpful and explained the inner workings of the unit in ways that we both really understood.
I called with questions yesterday. The staff member remembered me, and was able to make excellent suggestions. Great service, I’ll be back.
