I went in for help with my pool water, having too much iron in it. The sales person suggested a couple options. The first option was to use their de-mag product to get the iron out of the water, but I asked what are the other options. He said, we have these pre-filters that can remove the iron and the metals out before the water goes into your pool by hooking up to your hose. My wife and I visited a few different Hot Tub dealers and we decided on purchasing one from Zagers because of the friendly knowledgeable staff. Ali was so very helpful and explained the inner workings of the unit in ways that we both really understood.
I called with questions yesterday. The staff member remembered me, and was able to make excellent suggestions. Great service, I’ll be back.
Excellent service! Was dealing with boatmen bugs in my pool for 3 days and couldn’t figure it out, being that my levels were basically in the right place! The store manger pointed me in the right direction for one chemical and within 24 hours they were gone from the pool without spending a bunch of money!
