Thank you for a lovely stay. The flexibility of the staff along with great inclusions of snuggle socks, complimentary water, along with a satisfactory selection of mini-bar inclusions and amenities made for a peaceful and comfortable winter stay. The attached 1851 Coffee+Kitchen included in my accommodation were competent and an example for great cafés about how to do breakfast right. I want to start with what’s great about the hotel - the women and men at the front desk (Rebekah in particular) are fantastic. We were there for 5 days and she wore a bright genuine smile each time we met her and she helped make the stay so much more enjoyable. We had the corner room and it is decently sized, with a comfortable bed and some space for us to move around. We stayed at Zagames House for 8 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal if you want to retreat after a long day in the busy CBD, but is close enough to be convenient. We had an issue with our room (not the hotel's fault) and the manager treated it seriously and had it sorted for us within minutes which was extremely appreciated. Only downside is the floorplan of the rooms, with the toilet lacking any real privacy. It is not necessarily a problem but something to be aware of before you book. Overall I am... read more

I really must thank all of the staff at all levels for my stay. I booked through the hotel and stayed here for five nights. The flexibility of the staff along with great inclusions of snuggle socks, complimentary water, along with a satisfactory selection of mini-bar inclusions and amenities made for a peaceful and comfortable winter stay. The only negative thing we were disappointed with was having to pay extra for parking. Parking should be allocated to all guests for free. Also there wasn't much internet.
