We were greeted kindly. The lobby is dark but the vibes give boutique hotel & I thought it was beautiful. The decor is nice, loved the mixture of textures, prints and colours. When we got to our room, it was personalized with my name on the TV screen, a small gesture I always appreciate. Bathrobe for the win!!! The room is small but cozy. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Zagame’s! The staff were incredible so helpful and kind that even when a tiny hiccup happened, they sorted it out so smoothly. The team couldn't do enough for us & we haven't experienced customer service like that in a very long time. Honestly, this is the kind of service that makes you want to pack your bags and move in permanently. A wonderful place to stay for a birthday weekend (second time here). Funky design throughout. Friendly and efficient staff. Spotless everywhere. Great location for walking or tram connections. Breakfast high quality and interesting. A compact but well equipped gym. Plus a lovely wine bar to kick off the night or enjoy a nightcap. Birthday waffles a lovely spontaneous touch at breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay for a week at zagame's house Highlights: 1. The concierge and service was really friendly and courteous 2. The breakfast is good, but you'll need to wait for it to be prepared 3. The location was really good, close to the bustling restaurants and just near to everything 4. I want to start with what’s great about the hotel - the women and men at the front desk (Rebekah in particular) are fantastic. We were there for 5 days and she wore a bright genuine smile each time we met her and she helped make the stay so much more enjoyable. We had the corner room and it is decently sized, with a comfortable bed and some space for us to move around.
