Due to no Fiats available in Adelaide, we came across Zagame Fiat in Richmond. Not knowing much about the Fiat, Michael Arceri spent time with us looking at the different models that were available. He made our experience of purchasing our car an enjoyable one. Just bought my fifth car from Zagame - over 19 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. What keeps me coming back is the consistency—there are still familiar faces in both sales and servicing, which speaks volumes about the team and culture. There’s never any pressure to buy. They simply give you the space to decide, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and trustworthy. A genuinely lovely team and always a great experience.
I purchased my Fiat Abarth from Massimo last year. He was fantastic to deal with. When I was going through a very difficult time personally he made my purchase an easy process, and helped out on a number of occasions with my frequent enquiries. Considering I was purchasing interstate he make it seamless process. Would highly recommend.
I don't normally leave reviews but I'm compelled to as I was shown great after sales care from Nicklaus, with a recent car purchase. There was no obligation to help me out after the sale was done, but he went out of his way to make sure I was sorted with a particular accessory for my car.
Absolutely blown away with the amazing professionalism of the team and in particular Michael Acari My Fiat 500 e is such a lovely car to drive all the latest tech and so affordable to run. This is my third fiat from Zagami’s. I couldn’t be happier.
