Hired Zagal’s to install 3 windows in late fall at my house. The windows were put in but trim work and caulking not done/finished. With the few warmer days we’ve had I opened window as I wanted to take off the screen to clean window outside. Screens will not come out. I’ve messaged them 2 times asking for help as to why screens won’t come out. First message shows read but no response. Second message was delivered but not opened.
