Hired Zagal’s to install 3 windows in late fall. The windows were put in but trim work and caulking not done/finished. With the few warmer days we’ve had I opened window. Wanted to take off the screen to clean window outside. Screens will not come out. I’ve messaged them 2 time asking for help as to why screens won’t come out. First message shows read but no response. My son and I are in the process of moving and had to put some last-minute finishing touches on our home. Victor and his sons came out to assess the projects we needed finished. They were very respectful and treated our home as if it were their own and provided us with top-notch craftsmanship from start to finish. Zagal's Remodeling exceeded our expectations and we would definitely hire them again. We highly recommend them to any homeowner in need of a reasonably priced handyman/carpenter.

Asked for a remodel. The guy came out, took measurements and left. Never heard back from him and was surprised that he didn't ask what style or color of anything. Went with another contractor.
