False advertising! Received text and voicemail from Aisha from ZAG Motors Lynnwood. She said I could come out to their dealership to view a specific car. I told her there was a second car at their Everett location I wanted to look at. She confirmed that she would have both cars at the Lynnwood location on Sunday, 8/3/25 for me to look at in person. Thank you to Luna and Monica and all of the staff at ZAG MOTORS they both are very efficient. Especially Luna she very much handle the paperwork, from the beginning to end of the process she is very social, easy going. I had a good experience purchasing the vehicle at the Lynnwood location. Wow, honestly such a great spot to buy or trade in a car. They have a solid selection, plus a second location you can check out too. Customer service? Super good—answered all my questions and really worked with me to make it fit my budget. Huge shoutout to Monica, she's seriously the sweetest and made the whole process feel easy. Definitely a place I’ll be recommending. 🙌🏼
