Zafiro is the best. Amazing communication ... best quality
When I did a whole-home renovation four years ago, Zafiro provided my countertops. I went to Zafiro with a tote full of samples of the other materials I was using, paint, flooring, backsplash and a drawing showing the reno plan. Melissa looked through all of my samples and happily walked me right to the slab that I ended up selecting. Four years later, it is still gorgeous and it is the one part of the reno that still gets compliments. Zafiro will make you very happy.
Their aren't enough words to describe our experience except Excellence! From purchase at the showroom, to the install four working days later...4 days! Unheard of... from where we use to live. The ladies in the showroom were so cheerful and lovely. The install was timely and exceptional. Not one negative interaction or comment. I'm over joyed!
We use Zafiro on all of our projects. The team works with us to find a good quality selection that matches our needs. One positive thing to mention is Zafiro will go the extra mile to adjust the invoice if there was an overrun on their estimated measurement. They have a good showroom and selection of granite and quartz. Vanessa had me tour their workshop and you can tell everyone working cares about their work. I appreciate the team.
