We used Darren’s services in September 2023 for our new house and we wish we never did. We trusted him with our house and gave him full access as we were not living in Bristol. Half way through the project we noticed that there was little to no progress. We made it very clear to Darren that our moving in date was non negotiable for personal reasons. After contacting Zafiro based on the number of stellar reviews, we had VERY high expectations. It quickly became clear why! The full end to end service operated by Zafiro is professional, slick, high quality, friendly and provides a really positive customer experience. If I could rate higher than five stars I would! Professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend Darren and his whole team to deliver an amazing finish and backed up with excellent customer service from Elena. Our interior project has been completed, in a timely fashion, to high standards and I’m pleased to have the team back ASAP to restore the exterior of the property to match the fantastic job that has been delivered on the interior.
