Dr. Zafaranchi is very nice but... she will first make sure you spend a ton of money in her office before she takes care of your problem. She will try to sell you botox, lazer...Then after all done if you have an emergency she will not respond to your calls. She is to my experience more of a salesperson than a doctor. I would not recommend.

I waited months to go see her. My appointment was like an interrogation- her telling me bunch of statistics and numbers on how many women get cancer. I wanted to continue on my hormone replacement therapy, which I had been on for over 15 years. She refused to write me my prescription unless I agreed to have a mammogram. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with doing mammograms and she said then I can’t give you the prescription you want. Wow! Never had a doctor hold my prescription hostage.
