Condescending awful office manner. Dr Sayed is somewhat of a highly respected head and neck surgeon dealing with multiple maladies in those areas. I was referred to him via an ENT and during my first in office visit was initially enthusiastic with his energy and surgical resume. First mistake, he gave me not-so-good news via phone and not inviting me into the office to describe what he was talking about.
