Dr. Sayed has been wonderful throughout my whole endeavor, from pre surgery and explaining everything to post surgery and everything after. He is always listening and taking his time. He made what could have been a horrible time and experience in my life bearable. I saw Dr. Sayed for the last time before he leaves Yale on Thursday. I am very sad to see him go. Condescending awful office manner. Dr Sayed is somewhat of a highly respected head and neck surgeon dealing with multiple maladies in those areas. I was referred to him via an ENT and during my first in office visit was initially enthusiastic with his energy and surgical resume. First mistake, he gave me not-so-good news via phone and not inviting me into the office to describe what he was talking about.
