Law office doesn't respond to e-mails. Faux law office. The guy is a landlord for this building that doesn't follow proper NYC code, especially when it comes to heating (it's always freezing, he cuts corners when he can). The building reeks of weed, is infested with rodents and cockroaches, frequently runs out of hot water, and falsely advertises washer dryer in building.
