The worst repair service of all time. I’ve happened to lose a little screw after shooting with my fx9 viewfinder for 2 years. Zacuto proposed to send it to Germany for repair services. After sending my viewfinder, the answer from Zacuto was that it could not be repaired and I have to buy a new one... I really wonder what is the purpose of a repair station in Germany if they are not able to repair anything of their own product ? 700 euros spent in the first place, and I had to pay an additional 70 euros just to send it back n... read more
I’m extremely disappointed with Zacuto. It’s been 5 days since I placed my order, and it hasn’t even been delivered to USPS yet! I reached out via email explaining that I urgently need the item, but they didn’t bother responding. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a company with their reputation. I expected much better.
The people here are knowledgable but not humble. When you make an inquiry, they would give you an answer but with condescending tone. Talking to the staff was a very bad experience.
I gained some knowledge in the industry while working here. But the experiences and knowledge I got came at a price. The work atmosphere is very toxic due to individualist mindset of most people here. The company culture is terrible, and you can't expect anyone to help you improve or grow.
There's nothing much to do here. Everything here us mundane and boring. It's okay for earning money but there's nothing more to it. The work atmosphere is lackluster, and everyone here just minds their own business. Work here if you're okay with a boring job.
