I called this "fully-licensed" handyman for a water heater issue because his business card included plumbing as a job he performs. He was arrogant and very nasty with his message in reply. He not only denied his ability to handle my job, but also insulted me because he claimed he didn't have his HVAC license. He also made profane statements to me for questioning his "skills." Called Zach. He actually answered the phone! Came to bid my job within an hour. Respectful, honest, competent, professional and punctual. Reasonably priced for quality workmanship. Went above and beyond the bidded scope of the job to ensure we were completely satisfied. Completed our job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up daily and upon completion of job. Highly recommended. Zach does excellent work. He is professional, courteous and has reasonable pricing. I would hire him for any handyman work around the house. Great find in this day and age.
