Use this company if you want to be a victim of BAIT AND SWITCH SALES TACTICS. I would give them zero stars if I could. They asked ME to send them photos of my windows to get a bid, which I did. They gave me a price. The techs showed up at my house, inspected the job prior to starting and washed the windows. AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED, they told me the price would be 40% higher than their bid. Best window company I've ever used! They were so great to work with. My windows were glistening after! 10000/10 would recommend them. I will absolutely be using them in the future.
While the windows were clean, the service was less than great. I had to initiate conversation to confirm the time day before cleaning. When I informed them that their cleaners bent a screen frame along with a picture, rather than investigate it, we were told that screens need replaced every 5 years (which it is true for the webbing, but not the frame). I have used Zack’s for 10 years now and I love them! They clean my windows quarterly. Their employees do an excellent job and never disappoint. The price is right! I am so grateful for them.
I used Zack’s glass cleaning a year ago to have my exterior windows cleaned and thought they did a great job. I scheduled them again for this year, but they never came to clean my windows. I called the day after my scheduled appointment to let them know no one had ever shown up and they apologized for a mistake in scheduling and offered me 10% off, so I rescheduled.
