Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs! We took our car to Zacks Mechanic in Muswellbrook NSW, and not only was it not repaired, but we were handed a $560 bill with zero breakdown of hours worked or hourly rate. Beware of this place, the owner is also a roadside assistant for Nrma. He will lead you back to his mechanic shop without telling me he decided to go ahead to inspect my car . Been told my car is undrivable and got charge for $250 without able to repairs my car but end up to my usual mechanic shop problem is fix and nothing major. His attitude it’s terrible

Recommended these guys to a lady who had broken down at Murulla on the New England hwy along with her two young children in the vehicle at 9am this morning. She made the call to Zacks while I was with her to make sure she had someone coming to help ! Call made they are coming ….I jumped in my truck and carried on.
