We were in from out of town doing a welding job and somehow forgot to bring tungsten for our TIG welder. No welding supplies shops in town so we drove around looking for fabricators. Walked into the shop and met James who got us a stick of 3/32 tungsten. Bunch of stand up trades brothers at this shop. Very friendly and helpful.
The EZTOW is a convenient tool and a great asset to our fleet .. We now can tow our broke down trucks back to base with less of a headache which keep our logistics moving forward ...
ZakLift talked us through our problems we were having and we were able to get the problem solved. All parts arrived on time and their support guy Matt did an excellent job helping us out.
Dealing with zacklift left me with the opinion that they back stabbing liars, false advertisers and don't stand behind there dealings !!! I bought a fifth wheel z353 from them and in the advertising it states it will come completely assembled and ready for use, ha ha mine was delivered in pieces and I had to assemble it myself, witch I was not prepared to do, when I notified them of there advertising that it would come assembled they just said that's how they deliver them, so basically TS . so now I have to seek legal repres... read more
If you purchase a zacklift you’ll will be in good hands for a really long time , there customer service is not only knowledgeable but really fast at getting you the correct information , these guys are amazing, I just called in a spoke to Matthew and he was eager to help me out ! Extremely helpful
