Highly recommend Zack of All Trades! Zach recently completed a sheetrock and floor replacement project. Zach offers a fair price and communicates well. How many contractors text/call if they are running a few minutes late? The project was for my elderly parents. Zach shows empathy for people and actually completed a couple of minor items for them w/o cost. Zach and his team will be completing my Aunt's bathroom and kitchen floor replacement next!

Unprofessional, talked up great work and left me with a storm door below standards(see photos of all the gaps and the off alignment), didn't honor the written contracts "scope of work", left a mess on my property(see photos), charged me for extras but didn't remove the material charges for the changes he made without my knowledge or concent(charged me for kickplates for stair job and didn't install), refuses to correct and honor the contract and more! Zack and Team finished our basement. We are very pleased with the overall project and would highly recommend. I got a few quotes the price wasn’t the lowest but also wasn’t the highest. However the lower quotes I got were just by little and during the review process Zack seemed to ask the right questions and have the right answers as the others didn’t seem as detailed and were also not local. I was referred to Zack By a mutual friend. Even though it was a busy time period for him, he managed to have fit me in for a small project that was done very efficiently and at a very reasonable price.
