I called several contractors to repair a rotted subfloor. The floor was replaced post Sandy and rotted all the way through the engineered floor. I needed the subfloor replaced and a vinyl manufactured floor installed. Zach was the only contractor willing to tackle the job. I saw Zack's Truck at a local area and decided to ask him for his card. He was extremely polite and professional. I explained the situation at hand. He immediately set up a date to begin the work. He was punctual with his crew and the work was completed in the time frame we discussed. I cannot even give this guy one star. He totally ruined my bathroom repair. he could not give me a new toilet because he said my old toilet was old and a new toilet will not fit over the existing holes wrong. My new contractor ashRon, had no problem putting a new toilet in my bathroom my new contractor had no problem putting a new slider door into my shower because Zack said my shower was totally off measurements. I needed an estimate on some work that I wanted done in my house - painting & floor installation. I called a few places, and Zack answered my call and came out for an estimate the following day.
