I don't know if he only gives 5 star service to his home buyers, but he was one of the most unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly discriminating experience I have encountered in my time working in housing. When assisting displaced or marginalized members of our community, a few extra steps of paperwork shouldn't be considered "too much" as you said, but reading these reviews, how above and beyond he seems to go. Disappointing, do better. Be better. I won't be recommending this company to any of my clients.
Hi. I have used Zack Alber as a realtor in Sacramento on two occasions. Once in 2012 to purchase a home, and then in 2021 to sell the same home.
