I had an outstanding experience with Zachys, thanks to Alexander. I was ordering a last-minute retirement gift for my mother-in-law, and Alexander went above and beyond to make it happen. He took the time to personally check with dispatch to confirm next-day delivery to Yonkers, and even handwrote a note to include with the gift. That level of service is exceptional. Thoughtful, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be using Zachys again and will recommend them to anyone.

I'm still stuck on the Scarsdale Zachys. Many times I would walk around the thousands of crates of wine. Bottles and prices of all ranges. It was like controlled chaos. The Zachys in Portchester still has multiple hundreds of bottles but in a more refined setup. You can find nice $20 bottles but not like to old location. Still an incredible wine (fine and everyday) purveyor.
Ok, since 1995 this store has fallen on its face. Internet, removed their great sales personal and completely screwed up the entire on line log in process, AGAIN! Owners are making millions, hours cut, personal are KIDS. After 30 years can’t get a call back, can’t log in, the owners are money grubbing in my option. I challenge you to call me to discuss your, whatever. Tony
