Lovely folks and very knowledgeable/helpful.
I made an online prepaid order for wine to pick up on March 26. It says I will get an email as soon as the order is ready. Today is April 6th. Called customer service and looks like they are shut on the weekends. Really frustrating. Looks like the store is shut on Sunday’s as well which is even more frustrating. I never had any issues with other stores in Westchester who deliver cases home with no problems and are super responsive unlike Zachy’s. No more Zachy’s for me.
On Feb 26th - I went to Zach's because they are the "best" in fine wines in Westchester (not). A man at the shop helped me pick out a VERY expensive bottle of wine as a present to a friend who had helped me greatly. Told me they could ship out of state , took $369 (including $50 for shipping) and said it would be at my friend's home in 2-3 days and I would receive shipping notification and tracking.
