I previously posted a review of frustration concerning two machines I took to Zach's outdoor equipment that wasn't fixed.... I have to say I received a direct call from the owner of Zach's with the calmest voice and COMPLETE WILLINGNESS TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT conversation about the experience I had that wasn't indicative of the level of service that Zach's outdoor equipment PRIDES itself on. I took two machines in for service and were told it would be 7 days before they could get to them.... that turned into 3 weeks and still no one had even touched my machines when I inquired about are they ready. finally... days later I received a call saying the machines was ready and I went to pick them up. I paid over $200+ dollars for a chemical injector and to get the other running with power.
