Great gym! Our daughter is in the hospital at umc and this place was not far. Staying in a small room with a lot stress pushing you down can get a little overwhelming. So me and my wife decided to take turns getting a workout in, blow off some steam. I think the person at the counter was part owner and he was super cool. My wife had a hospital bracelet on and explained our situation and he gave us a 2 day pass for free. The equipment is great, and everything was super clean. overpriced but they have all the equipment you need for pretty much anything you want to do with your body. plenty of equipment and mirrors. VERY nice bathrooms and showers. well cared for and friendly staff. If you can afford it, get after it.
