Zach's Bistro was a revelation. We were expecting a rather ordinary meal and received the most interesting and well-prepared meal that I have had in years. I say "interesting" in the sense that everything had something unexpected or a twist on the usual that was both wonderful and surprising. What an incredible chef!! Had a 4 course meal that was amazing. The crab cake tasted like bliss. Take the opportunity to see the culinary skills and passion with beautiful healthy food.
Zero atmosphere, and very cold. Had to go get jacket out of the car. One employee that did it all. Ribeye steak over cooked, unseasoned and full of fat. The Brussel sprouts were burnt as was some type of purée starch. Service disorganized. Brought our pre-ordered selections (required) to different tables twice. Just a cold, sterile and unpleasant experience.
