Excellent dinner last night. House baked GF bread is the best ever. Chinook salmon with celeriac puree, huckleberries & fioretto was perfect. Will return for sure. Thanks again to the chef!
My husband and I were there from out of town during Labor Day weekend and chose Zach’s Bistro for our date night. We were so impressed with the all the food we ordered and the service. We started with the smoked cod which was so simple, yet so delicious. My salmon was cooked perfectly with crisp skin and flaky meat and I couldn’t get over the simple potato croquettes, especially being an Idaho native 🥔. Amazing fresh food with quality local ingredients. I had lunch here and it was so good, I brought my husband back for dinner. We will definitely be back. The. best restaurant I've eaten at in Newport.

I assume Zach is a highly trained chef, specializing in unique food selections. it was amazing. Before we left we made late dinner reservations . so amazing. Not a quick meal, take time to enjoy it.
We had the weekend brunch and it was the best eggs and bacon I’ve EVER had!!!
