Horrible! No communication!!! Had unit for 6 weeks with no response on parts status, I always had to call and check status. Every time you did call, no real answer, only hear waiting on part(s). They don't call and check status or push status of shipment of parts which are at the warehouse in Plymouth, MN. Not impressed at all. 2 thumbs down.
