Buying my first Rental Property was a bit of a learning curve. Working with Zachery made the process very easy and he took the time to always responded quickly to any questions I had. Other than Affiliated Mortgage not having a prepayment penalty and the opportunity to re-finance as soon as interest rates go down, (not just when it is significant) I would recommend working with Zachery Blair and Affiliated Mortgage in any of your future investments.
