I give this place 5 stars plus. I had an axle break on a trailer while traveling I-24 near Joelton, TN just west of Nashville. Traveling from southeast MO to McMinnville, TN. O’Reilly’s Auto Parts sent me to this shop and definitely sent me to the right place. They dropped everything to repair my axle at a very reasonable price and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I was in Nashville last weekend for my daughter’s cheer competition when my suburban broke down! We live in NC, and Zachary’s Transmission was recommended to us by a friend who knew someone here in Nashville. Mr. Zachary came into the shop on a Sunday on his day off to take a look at my car and was super helpful and honest about what we needed! He gave us a fair, honest price and we were able to come back in less than a week to pick my car up! Thank you so much for your kindness!
A good honest man who came to help me and my 3 children in a broken down van in middle of a winter storm! Got all of the equipment, got everything installed and even showed me that, the saint we were all told about as kids isn't always covered in white and gold but oil and smiles. Thank you for supporting us when you were supposed to be closed for the day! Got a customer for life! Grateful for you good sir!
