Disappointed in the deep dish. Crust was burnt. It is not a corn meal crust or buttery crust that you expect with deep dish. It was just regular pizza crust and it wasn’t a very deep pizza. Not a lot of cheese and the toppings were all on top of the pizza. I thought with deep dish the toppings are supposed to be in between the sauce and cheese. Not what I was hoping for in a deep dish pizza.
Wonderful truly Chicago-style deep dish pizzas. Thin crust are also very good, with great gooey cheese. My favorite is a classic Chicago, sausage, with bell peppers and onions. The servers are very attentive and helpful. The only issue is it takes a long time for a deep dish to cook, but no different in Chicago. I would highly recommend.
