The doctor is very knowledgeable and provides good care, but the office experience could use improvement. It’s difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner, and scheduling lacks flexibility. Availability is limited, which can be frustrating when trying to be seen.
Everything went as expected and I have confidence that Dr. Milano and BayCare Medical Group is the best medical decision I have made yet.
Dr Milano is an awesome doctor, patient, knowledgeable and definitely doesn’t make you feel rushed, asking questions and makes sure all your needs are addressed. Highly recommend him. The office staff is also great to be greeted in & out!
Dr Milano was very thorough with my check up. He had a few medical concerns he addressed with referrals to a specialist.
