Dr McLaughlin is absolutely the best! So attentive and takes the time to get to know his patients. I recommend him to everyone I can!
I love Dr. McLaughlin. He is an amazing doctor and is always here to help me. The only thing is the office staff with leaving messages and they don’t return them. I also have had problems with the prescription line me having to call multiple times to get my prescriptions… That’s not Dr. McLaughlin’s fault, but it is very frustrating to me. I’m hoping that they can sort this out. I must say, though the last time I did call my prescription was called in right away. So I’m hoping they did sort it out.
Worse Dr I ever seen ..never knew when I was in Hospital. I had to fill him in overtime. He is the reason my Wife is No longer with us . Terrible Dr.
Dr. McLaughlin is amazing however, the office he practices out of will never return messages. I've left 6 voicemails since October 2023 to schedule an appointment with zero call back.
My experience with Dr. McLaughlin, when I am able to see him, has been wonderful. However, 3 of the last 4 times I have contacted the office, no one answered and no one ever responded to my messages. One of those times they called me back 3 weeks later and were rude. It is unfortunate that this is the type of service we have come to expect across many industries, but I expect better customer care in the medical field.
